We are recruiting for the position of Photography and Videography Executive.
Job Overview:
This role will be based within the Marketing Department based at our Head Office in Scunthorpe.
The Photography and Videography Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering high-quality visual content that reflects the brand’s identity and supports marketing objectives.
This role involves capturing and editing both photography and video assets for use across digital platforms, campaigns, and internal communications. The Executive will work closely with the wider marketing team to develop engaging visual storytelling, ensuring consistency in style and messaging.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Produce and deliver high-quality photography and video content
- Coordinate and manage photo and video shoot schedules to align with campaigns and promotions
- Edit visual content to a high professional standard
- Creating short-form videos to be used across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikTok
- Ability to create content at speed to allow us to create reactive content that adheres to social media and news trends
- Contribute innovative product and corporate ideas to continuously enhance and evolve the content strategy
- To gather content daily, whether that be; onsite, in the office, warehouse, on project sites, events and exhibitions
- Develop and maintain an organised library of image and video assets
- Attend events, company activities across the UK, customer sites and landscaping projects to capture footage and content which will involve travelling across the UK and overnight stays
- · Other general duties as required by the Marketing team, supporting other team members during busy times, covering sickness and holidays, etc.
Essential Skills:
- Videography
- Photography
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
- Eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and on multiple projects at once
- Team player
- Confident driver
Desirable Skills:
- Illustrator & InDesign experience
Person Specification:
- Experience in editorial skills across a range of media, including social media and video production
- Strong capabilities in photography, videography, and post-production editing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
- Have a full UK Drivers Licence and be confident driving across the UK to different shoot locations.
