Factory Operative – Lichfield, Staffordshire
JAM Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Factory Operatives for our client based in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
These are long-term opportunities with the potential to become permanent after 13 weeks, subject to performance and business requirements.
The Role
Successful candidates will be working in a busy factory/manufacturing environment. Previous experience working within a factory or manufacturing setting is essential.
Your duties will include the use of various hand tools, including:
- Nail guns
- Cordless drills
- Other hand tools as required
Full training will be provided on the tools and processes required for the role.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Paid breaks
- Early finishes may be available when factory targets are achieved
Pay Rate
£12.71 – £14.24 per hour, including rolled-up holiday pay.
Requirements
- Previous factory/manufacturing experience is essential
- Comfortable working in a busy production environment
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively
- Reliable and committed approach to work
- Good attention to detail
