The Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and professional individual to join our office team on a part-time/Full-time basis.
This Role involves handling customer enquiries processing orders, updating online listings, making outbound sales using our online platforms and follow-up calls, and supporting the day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will be confident speaking with customers, organised and able to multitask in a busy working environment.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Confident speaking with customers on the phone and in person
- Comfortable making outbound sales and follow-up calls.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration or the motor trade would be beneficial.
- This role requires a good understanding of vehicle parts and the automotive industry. While you are not expected to know every part or vehicle model, you should already be confident discussing common vehicle components and assisting customers with parts-related enquiries.

Pay: £19,827.60-£23,132.20 per year
Work Location: In person
