Head chef experience not requires but kitchen experience of 2 years minimum is.
Three Dollar Bill is a fast-growing American restaurant serving Detroit-style pizza, smash burgers, mac & cheese, and comfort food done properly. We're building something bigger than a single site, and we're looking for a chef who wants to help us scale.
This role is perfect for a talented chef who is hungry to learn, develop, and grow into a senior leadership position as the company expands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the kitchen team and service
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
- Training and developing junior kitchen staff
- Managing stock, ordering, and food cost controls
- Improving kitchen systems and efficiency
- Working directly with ownership on menu development
- Helping create operational systems that can be rolled out across future locations
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Strong leadership skills and positive attitude
- Passion for American comfort food and pizza
- High standards and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and understanding of kitchen KPIs
- Someone who wants a long-term career, not just their next job
