Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety procedures
- Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and other beverages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to enhance their experience
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and shift patterns
- Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided if necessary
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences
