The Role
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and career-minded Barista to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a permanent, year-round position averaging 35–40 hours per week. We are seeking someone who is looking for stability, responsibility, and long-term growth within the coffee and hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will be passionate about coffee, committed to delivering outstanding customer service, and capable of thriving in a busy cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver warm, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the cafe.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues during busy service periods.
- Take pride in maintaining the quality and reputation of Rosarios Cafe.
