Multi Skilled Carpenter / Dryliner
We are looking for an experienced multi skilled carpenter to join our team working on HMO projects and residential conversions across Swansea and surrounding areas.
The role involves fast paced refurbishment and conversion work, mainly on high end HMOs and residential properties.
You must have experience in:
- First fix carpentry
- Second fix carpentry
- Building timber and metal stud partitions
- Plasterboarding walls and ceilings
- MF ceiling and wall systems
- Joist work and structural timber work
- Fire door installation
- General fit out work on residential conversions
The right person must be reliable, work to a high standard and be confident working independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential refurbishments or HMO conversions
- Own tools
- Driving licence preferred
- Ability to read drawings is an advantage
- Good attitude and work ethic is essential

Pay dependant on experience.
Immediate start available.
Pay: £16.50 per hour
