Hours: Part-Time, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10am - 2pm

The Role
This is a varied role split between hands-on spa treatments and live social media sales and marketing.
Approximately 50% of your time will be spent delivering baby spa, baby massage and adult spa experiences, with the remaining 50% focused on presenting live on social media platforms, promoting our services and retail products, and engaging with our online audience.
No two days are the same, so you must be confident, energetic and comfortable interacting with both customers and camera audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional baby spa and baby massage experiences.
- Assist with adult spa treatments and wellness experiences.
- Build strong relationships with parents and families.
- Present confidently during live social media broadcasts.
- Promote spa services, memberships and retail products.
- Create a fun, engaging and professional customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and professionalism.
- Travel between our N20 and SW10 locations as required.
- Support business growth through excellent customer service and sales.

Important Requirements
- This is an independent role with genuine opportunities for progression into senior and management positions.
- We are looking for someone seeking a long-term opportunity who can demonstrate exceptional reliability and commitment.
- Due to the significant investment we make in specialist training, successful applicants will be expected to commit to a minimum employment period of 12 months. Any training repayment arrangements, where applicable, will be discussed and agreed in writing before employment commences.
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong attendance record and commitment to maintaining excellent punctuality and reliability.
