Key Responsibilities:
Literacy Support: Provide tailored literacy support to students across various year groups, focusing on both individual and group interventions, to enhance reading, writing, and oral communication skills:

Run extra-curricular reading activities for all students.
- Take responsibility for creating and implementing resources which allow students to access and enjoy reading.
- Tutor small group reading and phonics interventions.
- To accompany Academy trips to promote reading and literacy.
Library Management

Organise and maintain the library ensuring a positive working atmosphere and that it complies with this requirement.
- Ensure that the library is both accessible and attractive to different groups of students: SEND, EAL students, disadvantaged high attaining students.
