Role Overview:
We are offering the successful applicant an excellent opportunity to gain purposeful employment within a well respected and valued industry. We are seeking an Adult Apprentice to support in the construction and assembly of Electrical Control Panels and Motor Control Centres. Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment is beneficial. This role is suited to someone with a practical mindset, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Key Duties (but not limited to):
- Assisting in Construction of Electrical Control Panels.
- Cutting, drilling, and finishing metal plates.
- Basic hand tool operation.
- Booking in and allocating parts deliveries
- Working at site may be required.
- Adhering to company procedures and policies
Desired Qualities:
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Flexible approach to overtime to fulfil client requirements
- Awareness and understanding of Health & Safety Protocols
Additional Requirements:
- Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety protocols.
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing / production role or panel wiring is advantageous.
