At voco Edinburgh Haymarket Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our Food and Beverage team.
Are you a morning person? We are looking for a breakfast host who can greet and seat our guests with a positive and proactive attitude.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. At voco Hotels we are reliably different, the trusted name above the door but with a distinctive character. We believe that everyone is a host and are looking for someone who can help us create memorable experiences for our guests.
We are paying £12.74 per hour, all hours worked paid for.
What You'll Do
As our Breakfast Host/Hostess, you will:
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Seat guests efficiently and manage breakfast reservations and walk-ins.
- Ensure the breakfast restaurant is clean, organised, and beautifully presented.
- Assist with setting up and replenishing the breakfast buffet.
- Take beverage orders and provide attentive table service where required.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable breakfast experience.
- Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in line with company procedures.
