Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage visitor enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure visitor needs are met promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times
- Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette and respond to visitors requests promptly
- Uphold high standards ensuring visitor satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience Front of House Reception / Concierge.
- Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated organisational skills and effective time management
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining composure under pressure

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 19:00
Pay: £13.12 per hour
