- Dealing with customers both verbally and on the shop floor.
- Cash handling.
- Preparing quotations.
- Order processing.
- Data entry.
- Receiving deliveries and preparing orders for delivery.
- General admin. support.
- Stocktaking.
- Some driving may be required locally therefore a drivers licence is essential.
- Must be flexible to work additional hours to cover holidays when required.
Candidate must be computer literate and have an excellent telephone manner and preferably have gained some experience of dealing with customers within the Catering Industry (although not essential). Knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Excel would be beneficial although training will be provided. A high standard of numeracy and literacy is essential. Must have a full clean driving licence. Please be aware some heavy lifting may be involved when performing warehouse duties.
