Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced catering team? We Are Epic Caterers is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support our chefs and help deliver outstanding food experiences at events and venues.
About the Role
As a Night Porter, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll ensure high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency, helping our culinary team perform at their best. You will be working late shifts to ensure that equipment and supplies are unloaded and cleaned ready for the next day's teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Working late/night shifts
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
- Assisting with basic food preparation when required
- Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good time management skills
- Previous kitchen experience is a bonus, but not essential
