As a Pentagon Play Installations Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of playground installations across the UK! Coordinate logistics, communicate with clients, and ensure timely and quality delivery of playground projects. You will manage installation teams, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to the success of Pentagon Play's play installations. Get ready to build relationships, thrive in a dynamic environment, and work towards our ambitious goals!
Key Responsibilities
- Initial work programming into installation schedules determining appropriate installation teams in accordance with the geographical location and skill set of the install team.
- Programme adherence, ensuring that installations run on schedule.
- Procurement and ordering of materials for installations.
- Main point of contact for in-house installation teams, sub-contractors, and site managers.
- Customer care and stakeholder management throughout the whole installation process.
- Undertake pre-installation and sign off with clients.
- Communication with installation teams occurs daily across multiple sites, including site visits, to ensure progress is being made.
- Reacting to changes that arise on live-build sites Engineering solutions that are both effective and cost-efficient.
Skills Required
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to focus on high level tasks
- Proficient in ICT and highly organized
- Full UK driving license – willing and able to travel to site
- Customer-centric approach, comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels
- Strong team player with initiative
