Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Pro-Tect GRP Office - Llansamlet, Swansea
Salary: £30,000 basic salary + Bonus (OTE) of up to £35,040 per annum
Our sales team also participates in a performance-related bonus scheme designed to reward the achievement of company sales targets. The scheme encourages teamwork and proactive business development, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional £5,040 per annum through quarterly bonus payments.
Reports to: Sales Manager / Senior Operations Managers.
Hours: Full-time (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday)

Pro-tect is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of bespoke GRP enclosures, kiosks and housings, supplying critical infrastructure projects across the water, utilities, telecommunications, highways and construction sectors.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Executive to join our team.
The Role
Working alongside our Sales Manager at our Llansamlet office, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.
You'll become a trusted point of contact for customers while working closely with our design, production and operations teams to ensure projects progress smoothly from enquiry to manufacture.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Prepare quotations using our internal systems
- Proactively follow up quotations to obtain feedback and secure orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop new business
- Liaise with production teams to agree realistic lead times and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, opportunities and customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure excellent customer service
- Represent the company professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
While previous sales experience is advantageous, we're looking for someone with the confidence, professionalism, and drive to build relationships and proactively create opportunities. Product knowledge can be taught, but a positive attitude, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for customer service are qualities that set exceptional people apart.

- Comfortable speaking with customers, suppliers and internal departments at all levels

Previous sales experience would be advantageous, but we believe the right personality and attitude are more important than industry knowledge. Full product training and ongoing support will be provided throughout your employment.
