Delivery Driver Responsibilities include loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied. This is a huge responsibility as you are the first point of contact with the customer.
Qualifications/Skills
- 3 years commercial driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of London
- Great Customer Service skills
- Calm driving manner.
- Flexibility with the skill to change task in a timely fashion
- Organisation skills, to have the ability to priorities tasks.
- Completing a van check sheet daily
- Keeping vehicle clean and tidy
- Checking the back of the van after every shift to ensure that nothing has been missed
- Unloading of van & job count
- Reconciliation of collection with return to dept task.
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- A mix of Monday to Friday 11.00 - 20.00 / 11.30 - 20.30
