Hours: Full-time, Part-time, or Bank shifts available (Day and Night shifts)

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our friendly team and help us make a real difference in our residents' daily lives.
The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support our residents with their daily physical, emotional, and social needs, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Person-Centred Care: Assist residents with daily personal care routine, including dressing, bathing, mobility, and mealtime support.
- Well-being & Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with residents, encouraging social interaction and participating in daily home activities.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental health to the senior care staff or registered manager
- Care Documentation: Keep accurate, up-to-date written care logs in accordance with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) standards.
- Dignity & Respect: Protect residents' privacy and independence at all times while promoting a safe, hygienic environment.
What We Are Looking ForEssential:
- A genuinely caring, empathetic, and patient personality with a strong desire to support older adults.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid by us).
Desirable:
- NVQ / QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Care Wales (or willing to register within 6 months of starting).
- Previous experience in an adult residential or nursing home setting
