Weekend Supervisor – Hindelinis Gisburn
Hindelinis, Gisburn | Friday–Sunday | Weekend Position
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Weekend Supervisor to join the team at Hindelinis, Gisburn.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment, has strong hospitality experience and can confidently lead a team during our busiest days.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for helping to run the restaurant smoothly from Friday through to Sunday, ensuring our guests receive a fantastic experience and the team is supported throughout service.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous supervisory or senior hospitality experience
Is confident leading and motivating a team
Has excellent customer service skills
Can stay calm and organised during busy services
Has good communication skills
Takes pride in high standards of food, service and cleanliness
Is reliable, professional and hands-on
Can work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Has their own transport or lives locally / is able to travel to Gisburn
What you’ll be doing:
Supervising the FOH team during service
Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
Supporting and motivating staff
Dealing confidently with customer queries and situations
Maintaining high standards of service and presentation
Communicating effectively with the kitchen and management
Helping with opening and closing duties
Keeping the team organised during busy periods
Making sure Hindelinis’ standards are maintained throughout the weekend
