The Role
The successful candidate will assist the Head Nurse in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, governance, and continuous improvement of clinical activities within the surgery. This role requires a team player who is keen to support colleagues and thrives on a varied caseload. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Working Hours & Flexibility: The practice's full-time nurses typically work a 4-day week, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Each shift is 9 hours long and includes a mix of consulting, inpatient, and surgical duties. The weekend rota follows a 1-in-4 pattern, with duty nights on rotation. The practice is open to discussing flexible working patterns for the right candidate.
