The Caregiver will play a crucial role in supporting clients' emotional well-being, moral support, and specialized care needs. **Responsibilities:** - Provide personalized care and companionship to clients in accordance with their preferences and care plans. - Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, personal hygiene, and mobility support. - Offer emotional and moral support to clients and their families, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and Right at Home team to ensure cohesive support for clients. - Maintain open communication with concerned family members and friends to address any issues promptly. - Keep accurate daily records and communication sheets accessible within the client's home. **Experience:** - Previous experience in nursing homes, hospice care, assisted living facilities, or home care settings is preferred. - Proficiency in first aid procedures and handling emergency situations effectively. - Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary. - Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation. - Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for caring for others. - Experience in providing personal care services such as meal preparation, hygiene assistance, and companionship.
