Full job description
Phoenix Dental is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Associate Dentist to join our established three-surgery mixed NHS and private practice in Palmers Green.
This position is available from August 2026 for between two and five days per week, Monday to Friday.
The role would suit a clinician looking for the stability of an NHS list alongside genuine opportunities to develop private dentistry within a supportive and progressive practice.

Clinicians who enjoy providing endodontic treatment will have the equipment and support to do so. Where treatment is outside your experience or preferred scope, patients can be referred internally to one of our dentists with an interest in endodontics.

About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Is GDC registered
- Holds a full, unconditional and active NHS Performer Number
- Has the right to work in the UK
- Has valid professional indemnity
- Provides high-quality, patient-centred care
- Communicates treatment options clearly and ethically
- Wants to build long-term patient relationships
- Is reliable, professional and a strong team player
- Is motivated to develop both clinically and professionally
Experience in Invisalign, composite bonding, restorative dentistry, endodontics or cosmetic dentistry would be beneficial but is not essential.
