Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Male Carer with NVR training to provide compassionate support to individuals in a care environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their well-being, and implementing personalised care plans. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Implement and follow personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Support clients in engaging with daily activities and social interactions to promote independence
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using IT systems
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure consistent care standards
- Drive clients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring safety and comfort during transit
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or behaviour promptly to the relevant authorities
- Uphold the confidentiality and dignity of clients at all times while providing respectful support
Qualifications
- Have autism and behavioural support experience
- NVR trained
