Salary: Circa £27,000 Basic Salary Plus Commission (OTE Circa £30,000 - £35,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Full day in lieu for any Saturdays worked)

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, generating new business, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a role for a
proactive and tenacious negotiator who thrives on exceeding targets, building strong relationships, and spotting opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating and managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with clients, applicants, and colleagues
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the local property market
- Working towards and exceeding personal and branch sales targets
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Proven track record in estate agency sales, ideally within a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
- Confident, professional, and well-presented
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

- On Target Earnings: Circa £30,000 - £35,000 in Year 1
