Duties

Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
- Good communication skills for teamwork and following instructions
- Prior experience in waste management or related manual labor roles is a plus but not essential
