The Service Manager will operationally manage a complex programme of interdependent projects across the network member organisations proving strategic development and leading to improvement in outcomes for patients by delivery of high quality, effective and efficient services. This will build on recent successes around quality, activity, cost savings and efficiencies.
The post holder will report to the General Manager and work in partnership with senior medical, nursing and admin colleagues within Trust and wider region, to ensure delivery aims of the regional and local Stroke Services within a financially sustainable model.
The Service Manager will be responsible for a complex programme of interdependent projects across all trusts which provide stroke services and the development of financially affordable solutions to capacity and quality constraints and the integration of services across the health economy. This will enable the development, delivery and maintenance of performance targets and plans.
