Inspire Education Group (IEG) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice People Systems & Analytics Assistant to join our People Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop valuable digital and analytical skills while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 or Level 4 Data Analytics Apprenticeship.
As part of our People Systems & Analytics team, you will gain hands on experience supporting workforce data, reporting, HR/People systems and business intelligence activities that help shape decision making across one of the region's leading education providers.
What Will You Be Doing?
Working alongside our People Systems & Analytics Manager, you will:
- Support the administration and maintenance of our HR and people systems.
- Assist in producing workforce reports and dashboards.
- Help analyse key people data such as absence, staff turnover and workforce demographics.
- Support data quality and accuracy checks.
- Respond to routine system queries and provide user support.
- Assist with creating guidance materials and training resources.
- Contribute to projects that improve systems, reporting and business processes.
- Develop valuable skills in data management, reporting and analytics.

- Has good communication and organisational skills.
- Is detail-focused and enjoys working accurately with information.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and keen to develop Excel skills.
- Can work effectively as part of a team.
- Is committed to learning and completing an apprenticeship programme.
You will need:
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications).
Previous experience is not essential. We are looking for potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
