Volunteer Conservation Role – TCV Davy Down Riverside park
Join The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) for a hands-on conservation session at Davy Down. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful environmental work while enjoying the outdoors and building practical skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out physical, practical conservation tasks to support habitat management e.g. Scything, Coppicing, Scrub clearing, Gardening etc.
- Assisting with ecological surveys on site
- Working as part of a team to improve and maintain the local environment
Details:
- Time: Every Monday, 10:00am – 3:00pm
- Location: Davy Down Riverside Park
- Environment: Fully outdoors (please dress appropriately for the weather)
