Job Overview
GrippaTank is looking for a practical, hands-on Workshop Technician to join our team.
The role will primarily involve preparing and spraying vehicle load areas and other components with LINEX protective coatings, alongside supporting our wider workshop with vehicle builds, system assembly, fitting and general workshop duties.
Previous spray-painting, bodyshop, fabrication, vehicle fitting or similar practical experience would be advantageous, although full LINEX training will be provided. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail and is happy to turn their hand to a variety of workshop tasks.
Experience
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Prior experience in vehicle assembly, spray coating application, or related workshop roles is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards safety and quality standards
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
Full-time: 42.5 hours per week
Pay: £25,420.00-£45,000.00 per year
