Front of House Team Member - Full time & Part time

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team. You'll be the face of Jessie's, providing excellent service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience, and helping the cafe run smoothly during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the till/POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee and other café beverages where required.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Process cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, service stations, and entrance.
- Set up and clear tables promptly.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Assist with basic kitchen duties where required.

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Barista experience is a bonus but not essential—we're happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Hours
Full-time and part-time positions are available, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is appreciated as hospitality requires a varied schedule.
Currently hiring for multiple roles.
Full time - Minimum 30 hours per week
Part Time - Minimum 18 hours per week
