Before You Apply
To provide continuity of care for our customers, all Care Assistants are required to work one fixed weekend day every week (Saturday or Sunday).
Your offer of employment and the hours offered will be based on the availability you declare during the recruitment process and the operational needs of the business.
Once agreed, your regular working days will remain consistent, giving you a predictable weekly working pattern.
If you'd like to earn extra, regular overtime opportunities are available to cover annual leave, sickness and increased customer demand.

What You'll Do
You'll support customers in their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent and happy.
Duties include:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Light household duties
- Shopping and appointments
- Promoting independence
- Accurate electronic care recording

Essential Requirements
- Caring, compassionate and reliable.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Access to your own vehicle with Class 1 Business Insurance.
- Available to work one fixed weekend day every week (Saturday or Sunday).
