Professional Business Development Manager
Location: Manchester (Hybrid with UK Travel)
Salary: £36,000 + Performance Bonus (Realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000)

The Opportunity
Professional beauty is one of the biggest growth opportunities within our business.
We're looking for someone who can build genuine relationships across the professional industry, winning new salons, clinics and educators while growing existing accounts.
This is not a desk-based sales role. You'll spend time meeting customers, attending industry events, delivering product demonstrations and becoming a recognised face within the professional beauty community.
As the professional channel grows, so will your role and responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and grow ISO's Professional Division across the UK.
- Win new salon, clinic and professional accounts.
- Build relationships with makeup artists, nail technicians, beauty therapists and skin specialists.
- Grow existing professional customers through regular account management.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Identify opportunities with colleges, academies and training providers.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and networking events.
- Work with Marketing to support campaigns and product launches aimed at professionals.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Gather customer feedback to help shape future product development.
- Represent ISO professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For

- Learn the ISO product range and professional proposition.

Within 6 Months
- Consistently win new business each month.
- Increase revenue from existing professional customers.
- Deliver training and product education.
- Establish relationships with key industry professionals.
Within 12 Months
- Become the recognised face of ISO Professional.
- Build a thriving network of salons, clinics and educators.
- Deliver significant growth across the professional channel.
- Help create consumer demand through increased professional adoption.
