Dumper Driver – Quarry

Due to continued growth, Clady Aggregates Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Dumper Driver to join our team at our busy quarry in Armagh.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a dumper safely and efficiently within the quarry, transporting stone and other materials as required and working alongside our quarry production team.
Duties include:
- Operating an articulated 40 ton dumper safely within the quarry environment
- Transporting aggregates and materials around the site
- Carrying out daily checks and basic inspections of the machine
- Reporting any defects or maintenance issues promptly
- Working closely with shovel, excavator and plant operators
- Following all site Health & Safety procedures
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Assisting with general quarry operations when required
Requirements:
- Previous dumper operating experience is essential
- Quarry or similar heavy plant experience is highly desirable
- Relevant plant/operator tickets or certification required
- Good awareness of Health & Safety
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a busy quarry environment
