Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about creating engaging online content?
As a market leader in fabric, patchwork & quilting and needlecraft retail, we are expanding our already successful e-commerce business, which operates alongside our fabric warehouse and shop. This is a great opportunity to play a major role in our ecommerce growth, working in our warehouse/offices alongside the rest of the team to promote the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing and editing website content accurately and with commercial appeal.
- Uploading new products to our WooCommerce platform.
- Updating existing listings to reflect price changes, availability and promotional offers.
- Optimise website content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and performance.
- Work with the team to support promotions, campaigns and online sales initiatives.
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Comfortable editing images using photo editing software.
- An excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience using WooCommerce or a similar e-commerce platforms.
- An interest in sewing, knitting or needlecrafts would be an advantage.
