As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based interventions to help children aged 0-5 achieve their developmental milestones. You will work closely with families, providing essential early help services to those at risk of poor outcomes. Your efforts will strengthen the home learning environment, empowering parents as their child's first educators.
In this rewarding role, you will:

Deliver tailored interventions to support children's readiness for learning.

Collaborate with families to provide early help services in homes and communities.

Conduct one-to-one sessions with parents/carers to meet identified needs.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports as required.

Work alongside a multi-agency team to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.

Uphold confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

A minimum of two years’ experience working with children aged 0-5 and their families.

An NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and early intervention strategies.

Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
