Edmundson Electrical Wrexham is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Internal Sales Account Manager to join our busy and successful branch. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of trade accounts
- Handle incoming enquiries by phone, email and at the trade counter
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders
- Support external sales with account development and customer visits
- Work closely with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure excellent service
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the electrical wholesale range
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ internal sales experience, or equivalent electrical sector experience with clear potential for a sales position (electrical wholesaler experience preferred)
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities
- Organised, reliable and able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player who contributes to a strong branch culture
