Primary Tutors Required in ReadingWe are seeking patient, nurturing and skilled tutors to work with primary-aged students, many of whom have Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is ideal for a tutor who is passionate about inclusive education and confident adapting their approach to meet individual learning needs.
The Role:
Deliver personalised one-to-one Maths and English tuition to primary-aged pupils
Support students with a range of SEN, which may include ASD, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties
Build positive, trusting relationships to support engagement and progress
Work closely with parents, schools and our team to monitor development

Essential Requirements:
Experience working with primary-aged children
Confidence supporting students with SENCalm, flexible and empathetic approach
Strong behaviour management skills
Ability to differentiate learning and adapt resources creatively
