Main responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service .
- Supervising staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow .
- Opening and closing the premises, including cash handling and security procedures.
- Assisting with rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels .
- Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and reducing waste .
- Maintaining compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and resolving issues professionally.
- Supporting staff training and development, including coaching new team members.
- Working closely with the management team to achieve operational targets.
- Providing hands - on support across all areas during busy trading periods.
A successful applicant must :
- Have previous experience working within a busy hospitality in a managerial role
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and team - building skills.
- Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Have knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
- Have stron g understanding of health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
- Have a flexible approach to working shifts and must be available to both weekdaysweekends, and the occasional evening.
Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
