Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff/Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and floor areas. Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food efficiently and courteously to patrons at the bar and on the floor.
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or electronic payments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a tidy environment at all times.
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, utensils, and beverages.
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently, including food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Good time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required; a positive attitude towards working hours is essential. Pay: £10.00-£13.25 per hour
