We are seeking a Business Administrator to join our team at our Bristol Central office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for administration, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be supporting the wider multi-disciplinary Teams within the office, assisting in project administration and providing administrative support, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Microsoft office suite (Intermediate level)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communicational and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and well as on your own.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Experience of invoicing and billing is advantageous
- Assisting with travel and booking meetings
- Experience of maintaining and managing diaries
- Submission of planning applications/appeals via the Planning Portal/PINS would be advantageous
- Assisting the Office Manager with Ad Hoc projects and administration.
