Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Courier Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring excellent customer service throughout each shift. Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals at multiple destinations
- Load and unload goods, with attention to safety protocols
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from recipients and handle any necessary documentation accurately
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery times or issues
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs promptly
- Assist in warehouse activities as needed, including organising stock for upcoming deliveries

Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations
- Valid <PERSON>full uk driver’s licence suitable for operating commercial vehicles
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to navigate using GPS devices or maps, demonstrating good organisational skills for route planning
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple deliveries within tight schedules
