Job Description: Finance Administrator
Responsible for: As a Waste Administrator you will be responsible for supporting both the Accounts department and Transport Department in ensuring all invoicing and administrative duties in both departments are up-to-date and maintained effectively.
Hours: Part time - Between 16- 21 hours per week
Temp - covering maternity leave but with possibility role may become permanent.
Main Duties:
- To support the Accounts Department with the day-to-day running of the department
- Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments
- Raising sales invoices and assisting with credit control activities.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Managing finance-related correspondence and queries.
- Updating internal systems and ensuring data accuracy.
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team and wider business as required.
Essential Requirements:
· Effective communication is a must
· Excellent organisation skills are essential
· Good IT skills
· Able to work as part of a team
Job Type: Part-Time
Maternity Cover but with strong chance will continue onto a permanent role
Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
