We are looking for passionate people to help us deliver an incredible experience to every guest.The RoleWe are looking for energetic and friendly Front of House staff to join our growing team. As the face of XOKO, you will ensure every customer leaves happy, whether they are stopping in for a quick morning coffee or settling in for an evening at our cantina.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and interacting with guests with a warm, positive attitude.
Taking orders, serving food, and running drinks and food.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment across the dining floor.
Processing payments and handling customer inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for great food, coffee, and excellent hospitality. The ability to stay calm and upbeat in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including weekends and our evening cantina hours. Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience is a bonus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
This position does not qualify for Skilled Worker Sponsorship.
Annual salary £13.45 per hour+ TIPS
(40hours per week) Part-Time hours
