About Goodwin Property Ltd
Goodwin Property Ltd owns and manages a growing portfolio of high-quality Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) across Warrington.
We are looking for a reliable, practical and proactive Property Operations Assistant to become our trusted local representative across our portfolio.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining property maintenance, room viewings, compliance checks, gardening, emergency response and general property care. If you enjoy practical work, solving problems and working independently, we'd love to hear from you.
---
The Role
You'll become the "boots on the ground" for our business, supporting our remote property management team by ensuring our properties remain safe, compliant, well maintained and ready for existing and prospective tenants.
No two days are the same. One day you may be carrying out a viewing, the next meeting a contractor, completing a property inspection, mowing a lawn or carrying out minor DIY repairs.
Cleaning is not the primary purpose of this role, although you will occasionally provide cover for our regular cleaner during holidays, sickness or busy periods.
