Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. Duties
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages high performance.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotional strategies, and customer engagement.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management, including ordering and receiving products.
- Implement training programmes for new employees, focusing on sales techniques and customer service skills.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilise phone etiquette effectively when communicating with customers or suppliers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From £13.75 per hour
