The Shire Group is searching experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing administrative support of project planning, tracking progress, and coordinating. You will work closely with project managers and teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to targets
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and suppliers
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records
- Organise and coordinate project meetings, including taking minutes and tracking actions
- Provide administrative support to project managers, ensuring efficient workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in project coordination or administration
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in a similar role is preferred
