We are seeking talented Chefs to join our team. The successful candidates will be based at our picturesque venue and help uphold our commitment to quality hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food production activities.
- Manage food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to develop innovative menus.
- Oversee food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Support training and development of junior kitchen staff.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Creative flair for menu development is a plus.
- Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred.
Pay: £450.00-£580.00 per week
