We are in need of a receptionist & Cleaner dual poisition. reporting directly to the Assistant Manager and General Manager who is eager to work hard and put in the effort to keep our gym in top condition. We would require previous admin/receptionist experience.
We are looking for someone who will do 2-3 shifts per week. Around 10-15 hours. With the chance of increasing hours through cover and hard work.
Main roles:
- To engage with all members and guests in our club
- To possess proficient computer literacy skills
- To maximize every member and guest’s experience in our club
- To support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- To have a thorough understanding of the fitness products/services on offer.
- To contribute with the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as and when required.
The cleaning role requires the cleaning of showers, toilets and changing room areas as well as maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the gym floor and studio areas. We will also train staff on poolside testing and key holding for the club too.

The hours are flexible working on a 0 hour contract so the opportunity is there for more hours and we can work around your schedule. Our shift patterns for receptionist range from 04:45am starts with a latest finish time of 23:30 to accommodate for gym opening times.

1345-2115
1645-2315
You must be flexible for all 3 shifts.
