Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic support staff for our South Devon-based projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting the diverse needs of the people we support, assisting them with daily living tasks, fostering relationships, facilitating education and employment opportunities, and promoting social activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support clients with daily living tasks and personal development.
· Encourage and facilitate clients' participation in educational, employment, and social activities.
· Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
· Promote inclusivity and understanding within the community.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.86 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
