Job OverviewWe need a skilled and reliable Qualified CIS Joiner for ongoing restoration projects across the Central Belt of Scotland. You will work on residential and commercial sites that have suffered fire, smoke, and water damage. You must deliver high-quality strip-out, repair, and finishing work.Responsibilities
- Complete strip-outs of damaged timber structures, floors, and drywall.
- Carry out structural repairs, first-fix timber framing, and floor joist replacement.
- Complete high-quality second-fix joinery including hanging doors, skirtings, and kitchens.
- Work closely with drying technicians and site managers to ensure properties are ready for rebuild.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace on site.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full CIS registration (Construction Industry Scheme).
- Own van/transport and full set of professional hand and power tools.
- Experience in restoration or property renovation work.
- Strong knowledge of site health and safety rules.
